Andrew, a serial entrepreneur; brings 35 years of IT&C experience with Backup365 being his 5th Internet technology start-up. Having founded Australia’s first SaaS company, MailGuard in 2001, he then matured the model into a 100% channel focused business for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with Manage Protect in 2008. Andrew launched Backup365® in 2017.

Helene is a seasoned sales executive, with a track record in successfully building sales teams to work in both technology and the channel. With over 10 years’ experience in the Information and Technology industry, Helene is a highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven professional.

Dana is a technology finance professional, with 13+ years managing finance and service teams within technology and IT start-ups. She has co-designed the Manage Protect billing system, along with scaling and operating its financial systems growth over the past 6 years. Most recently, Dana co-designed Backup365® billing system for ease of use and flexibility for MSPs.
